ET Gauges V2

East Tennessee Gauges displays current readings of USGS gauges for paddlers. This update to the original adds support for two additional rivers: Calfkiller (Caney Fork indicator) and the North Chickamauga. In addition, it addresses an issue where the graphs would not always display the current version.
